You do not need to register a barcode if it is for in-house use, but if it is for retail purposes then you have to register it.

TS Barcode Pro 2008 is used to print or generate an unlimited amount of barcode labels. You cannot register a barcode using our software.  If you need to register a barcode or range of barcodes then we advise you to first do so, before purchasing our software.
